I worked with the previous company dating back to the early 90's and had a great experience.
A few years ago Heidi split from her father and created Blue Chip Jets with her new husband Howard which is a work from home operation in Mexico. I received a phone call warning me not to work with them but I tried.
Over a 6 month period I thought I was dealing with children. Phone calls were not returned, appointments not kept, when we met for lunch in Dallas Howard showed up 3 hours late and looked stoned out of his mind.
