An exciting picture was painted: point system that could be used anywhere, easy booking, vacations for life. What I didn't realize is that it is nearly impossible to book a great vacation during ideal times, fees are almost $700 a year, and it is impossible to get out from under this deal. I was promised that they would help you rent your points if you were unable to uses them, so I thought it was a risk free deal. Boy was I wrong. Now they do not help you rent the points. I have since signed up with another scam (Resort Equity Marketing, almost $1000) to help me rent the timeshare, which never happened. I am being contacted by other scams, promising they have a buyer for my timeshare and are willing to pay twice what I paid 2.5 years ago. What a mess. Stay far far away from these evil people and do not buy with them.
