You said "On December 5th, a representative called me to confirm my 12/15 reservation." and then you said "I asked how could I cancel a hotel stay that I did not know about." Nobody would be happy to loose $75. I think it was as much your own fault. Bluegreen uses the same high-pressure tactics the other time-shares use. "buy right now or loose your chance to get in at such a low price'. I have purchased a bluegreen timeshare after reseaching many others and I am happy with my purchase.

Just remember that you are at fault in not ensureing that when you contacted Bluegreen you did not question why you never had the email before you due date, you assumed that becase you had not had it it was all cancelled. Well next time do not assume because as the old saying goes To ASSUME makes an a*s out of U and ME

You are extremely lucky that you did not attend the presentation offered by Bleugreen. You could have made a mistake that you would have regretted for the rest of your life. Now, what you need to do is to contact your credit card and contest that $ 75.00 payment. good luck!
