bluegreen timeshares bluegreen resorts destroyed my credit! Ormond Beach Florida
I sent them a contract cancellation notice by certified mail within the allotted time by Florida Law. They said they never received the letter. Right after I sent the letter I had a major health incident that landed me in the hospital for 3 months. I live alone and had no acess to mail or anything else. At this time I wasn't aware that they had not received my letter. The then started issuing credit reports for non-payment. One of the reasons I cancelled was that I made it quite clear I needed to be near a hospital. So where is my timeshare? In the hills of the Carolina's. I'm seriously thinking about suing them before I die.

Unfortunately, due to the misleading tactics used to sell timeshares, there are lots of people who have become a victim of a timeshare scam, and the best solution to get out of the trap is by cancelling the contract.
