As with any timeshare resale you will only get a fraction of the money you paid for it, Bluegreen is no different in that respect than anyone else. You will get inbetween 15 cents to 50 cents per point, what you must do is pay what you owe, if you dont then you will not be able to sell. Please join Bluegreen group on Yahoo people on there will help you sell it if that is what you need to do. Please DO NOT go to an agent and pay UPFRONT to sell it, they will just take you money advertise it on ebay at a fantastic price ie 2 dollors per point, get no response and you are left with you points and paid out a fortune for an ebay listing. What ever people say and call me please do not pay upfront to sell them you will never never sell them go to the yahoo Bluegreen group and you will get the advice you are looking for
