After reading your report I understand how you feel about having gone thru all that time consuming ordeal. One thing, you should really count your blessings that you did not fell prey to those people. Had you fell prey to them, you would have been screwed for the rest of your life. I think that there was a "Divine Intervention" in your case.

Bluegreen Corporation makes every effort to ensure that our employees adhere to the guidelines set forth by our company and comply with all applicable federal and state laws. Our employees are specifically trained to treat each consumer they contact with respect and professionalism. Certain telephone calls are recorded with the permission and knowledge of the customer in order to assure quality service and performance. While everyone is welcome to attend a Bluegreen sales presentation, only those customers who meet the Details of Participation for a particular promotion are eligible to receive promotional items for attending our sales presentation. Our representatives are required to advise each customer of the terms of the offer before he/she attends a Bluegreen sales presentation. If a customer such as Katie satisfies the terms of the offer for our promotion, then he/she will become eligible to receive promotional items offered by Bluegreen for attending our sales presentation. Before attending the sales presentation, each customer receives a confirmation letter describing each item he/she would be receiving after attending the presentation. The confirmation letter clearly states the terms (sometimes referred to as Details of Participation or Terms and Conditions) of each item. On the day of the sales presentation, the customer is again advised of the terms of the offer. If the terms are satisfied, he/she will receive the applicable promotional items. Bluegreen Corporation has thousands of satisfied owners and we take very seriously our responsibility to our owners. We hope that in the future Katie will again consider the benefits of vacation ownership with Bluegreen.
