I paid S3300 to this company, for their services, which should have provided a SCN number along as trade lines, my process was to take 60 to 90 days. Thru out the process I would request updates, and I never received a phone call, all cmmunitcations was done thru email. At the end of 90 dasy i made several inquires, i was told that there was a vendor error, and the everything that ws done had been reveresed, i ask for a solution and I was not given one.
- several emails were sent to Monique Hicks (company Owner) & Darius Bradford, prior to me paying them the money I was able to contact them ans speak with them on the phone, after they received my money all comminication was done thru email.
- I asked for fix to this vendor problem, I was told that there was a confrence call that Monique had to go on and they were going to discuss this issue, I made several inquires days after this call was sppose to happen and a solution was not given
- I finally requested a refund: The refund policy stated I had to wait 30 to 45 days...well that time has come and long past, and I still have not received my money, she says that I should disoute it with my credit card company (which I have, however the funds were not given back to me) I made several calls to Monique Hicks and Darius Bradford, I have sent several emails to the them as well however they have not returned any phone calls nor emails...this is $3300 that I was scammed out off. GOD knows everything that this woman is doing, and karma ...will come back to her...People please listen...DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH PROSPERITY SOLUTIONS...OR MONIQUE HICKS & DARIUS BRADFORD THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.....several other clients paid monies directly to Monique Hicks Bank Of America Checking accounting, s there is no way for them to dispute this with there credit card company. Monique you are a theif and a scam artist and I hope and pray that no one else falls victim to you SCAM
