BMW of Albany GA Albany Motor Cars sales manager and general manager Lemon, dangerous car, unscrupulous dealer Albany Georgia
I purchased a brand new BMW at BMW of Albany. After the first day the car stalled & shook violently on the interstate. I called the dealer & spoke to the general mgr who was horrible to me, had no concern for my safety & told me I couldn't bring the car back. Upon reviewing my contract I noticed that they overcharged me by $2K with a charge I never authorized. And I noticed the odometer report was wrong saying the car had only 13 miles on it. My test drive was more than 13 miles. They knew the car was defective & sold it to a single woman. Deplorable! Finally after several phone calls & after he hung up on me, the GM agreed to revise & correct the contract & remove the $2K unauthorized charge but would not allow me to bring the car back. After a week of owning the car it shook violently & stalled on 3 times and left me stranded for 2 hours on the interstate until a tow truck came from BMW roadside assistance. It was towed to a dealership in the Atlanta area to be evaluated. It left the service guys stranded on the road twice. After a week of trying to fix it, it's still unrepairable. As part of the deal, BMW of Albany was supposed to give me a check to pay of the leased car that was part of the trade. After 2 weeks, they have refused to give me the check. I cannot turn in the leased vehicle until they make good on the deal & pay me the money owed to pay off the lease. I have been treated horribly by the sales manager, general manager, the poor excuse for a man that sold me the car and the finance manager. At least he called me to apologize for all this. He has a daughter so I guess he may have a conscience. My case an been escalated to BMW of North America. I would advise people to stay away from BMW of Albany GA. I have never seen such liars, and unscrupulous business tactics. I am appalled that men would treated women this way. How can you put anyone in a dangerous vehicle just to make a buck? And then not stand behind the deal and honor it by paying what is owed. These are poor excuses for businessmen. Run from this dealer. If you want a BMW or Mercedes it would be worth a trip out of town to buy from a reputable dealer.

You are an idiot and have no clue what you are talking about. It's clear you are a troll who works for the unscrupulous dealer. You guys all need Jesus. I hope this never happens to your wives or daughters. Your tune would certainly change.?total crooks. Enough said.

In nearly every case of a car sale be it used or new, simply returning the car is never possible. You have a new car, you say. What about warranty service? If you took this exact car on a test drive for more than 13 miles, you couldn't have driven it THAT much more! So what's the big deal? However...you did very, very well getting out of a CAR FLEASE! A FLEASE is never a good deal! Great thinking!
