Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I bought a brand new 2006 BMW 330i in January 2006 and have had nothing but problems with it--and virtually none of these are covered by the extended warranty I purchased at that time.

My problems began within 4 months, with the "run-flat" tires--which I later found out last an average of only 30, 000 miles. Unfortunately for me, my tires have never actually made it that far--after 5000 miles I had my car in three times within a 2 week period and had to replace them twice, at a cost of $700 per trip. I have replaced my tires at least five times in five years (and my car only has 56, 000 miles on it). Three times the tires have "blown" while I was headed out of town on trips.

Because you can't drive them for over 150 miles once they are shot, I've had to cancel or change my plans and then try to get in to the dealer as soon as possible for replacement tires. Then there was the electrical system, which caused the battery to go dead when I was on winter vacations lasting more than one week. That was (eventually) covered by the warranty, but took several weeks to resolve as well as assertiveness on my part to get the dealer-service center to take the problem seriously and to honor the warranty.

The most recent experience--today--is with the door locks which have had a fuse short out.  I was (of course) on vacation when the car doors would not unlock without manually inserting the key, and would not unlock at all from the inside.  I literally had to crawl out the passenger side. Again, this malfunction not covered by the extended warranty, and I'm out $775 once I get back in to pick up my car later today. I'm already trying to figure out how I can cover both this and a new set of tires, since the current set is 10 months old and I will doubtless be shelling out another $700 before the summer is out.

To BMW: I loved my first BMW, but I feel thoroughly and completely ripped off on the second one. There won't be a third.  You know there are problems with the tires, that there are electrical system problems with the new 2006 models, and you have NEVER cut me a break on all the repairs.
