BMW USA, North America LLC corporate does not stand behind there product. When a situation arises, they trun the other cheek, have no respect for compliance of the state statues of law to our belief, and continue to defiant and non compliant when a brand new car purchsed from one of there own franchises has issues they can't fix. After being a loyal customer to the brand since 2006 and still own 3 BMW's at this time, BMW USA North America does not stand behind their product or brand from our experience and forces a loyal customer of their own brand for seven years to file suit againist them. To be clear our family enjoys and likes their product yet this brand new 2013 X5 SAV we purchsed has had  numberous issues since the first few months of owning the car .BMW corporates  take here to our belief, when trying to find an amicable resolution to this situation was an offer $1500 as  a good well jesture for a full general release, when our family is suck with a lemon of a car or take us to court. So we filed suit and then BMW can't get there own act together to our belief as they only offered $500 to reslove this matter on a $53,000 car. Real nice being a loyal customer for seven years and numbers of cars later as they just continue to turn a blind eye to this siutation. We will await our court date shortly and let a jury or judge decide. This is truly unacceptable from a brand that suposedly prides themselves as being brand loyal. This is certianly not the case and our family will never purchse another BMW or product from them again for sure. Everyone should know how BMW USA North America LLC treats some of their loyal customers.

As stated prior, there are numberous problems with the BMW X5  such as the following, severe water leak which BMW can't fix for some reason which has impacted the electronics of the car such as idrive system, bluetooh system, navigation system to name a few. In addition, brakes being replaced twice starting at aprox: 6500 miles and rotors to my belief, and steering issues as well. BMW to my belief has done nothing to help or care about the six total cars we have purchsed over the last seven years all brand new as well. Just continue to turn a blind eye to loyalty. We like their product and yet they have now lost a customer for life. BMW has had every attempt and more under the States Lemon Law Statues to fix the problems with recieving the final repair attempt letter which BMW blatenly was non compliant as the state statues provides  10 days make a final repair attempt whereas they waited over 30 days being non compliant of the law, as well as still not fixing the issues at hand. So we are off to court and let the judge and or jury decide under the state statues.

Your report makes no sense.  You talk about how horrible they are, yet you don't say what the issues are.  You talk about them offering you $1500 and then $500 for a "release".  What exactly did this offer include, because it sounds like they were trying to take care of you, but you did not like what they offered.  So if that is the case, exactly what do you want them to do?

Then if you are claming that it is a Lemon, have you verified it qualifies as a Lemon through the State Law?  Have you done the required remediest give them at least one final chance to repair the vehicle?
