I found this guy online and after speaking with him several times and having him give me an estimate we got started with the restoration of my 64 Chevy. I gave him a deposit of $3500 and after 3 months he did not get anything done on the car, absolutely nothing. I than got a call from him one day telling me that my car was stolen, whaaat?. The Northlake IL police investigated and only a few days later the car shows up (along with another car that was stolen) at the shop where he was woking on it in Northlake. I got my car back and asked him to refund me my money and ofcourse he said no and closed down shop. Police never found out who the "mistery" car thief was. This man still places ads online and will eventually find another person he can ripoff, hopefully it won't be you if you read this in time. Bob you are a low life loser

Bob you may not realize but I have all the emails, and anyone out there dumb enough to think I did not ask for my money back being that you did absolutely nothing to my car should get fooled by you. How stupid is it for you to say that I did not want my money back, you do acknowledge the fact the car was stolen and you had not done anything to it...correct? I asked you for my money and you said "I dont have it" should I have taken you to a small claims court instead? Here I am saying it now that you have acnowledged my complaint, Bob I would like my money back since you acknowledge you did absolutely no repairs to my car, when will I get my money back?

Yes he had his car stolen from our shop in Northlake, if he has any issues of who stole it , he can be updated by the North Lake police department, if they have any updates they will let him know. Also after the cars were recovered i had a meeting with owner in our garage, our garage is video taped and recored for our files every day and saved to up to 2 yrs. We had talked with owner and asked him if he wanted us to finish his car, he replied no. He brought up the subject on his own as in the video taped that he DID NOT WANT HIS MONEY BACK and he just wanted to forget the whole issue. This is video taped and saved for our own use, and will be brought to our lawer for investigation on the grounds of slander. We offer to finish car as we promised, also he was in our shop and was awair of the progress on his car, he was still bring in parts to install on the car 3 months after he brought it in. Our fault , NO!!!!!!!!!!!!! We offered more than any shop would and then we are the bad guys, NO way !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We have nothing to hide as far as car being stolen or giving him his money back , he had said he wanted nothing back ,just to forget everything, and he knows this in his heart.
