So reprensentitive from Bobs' Discount Furniture's corporate office contacted me via this website and said that they would refund me the money on spent on their ridiculous and horribly administrated Goof Proof warranty.
I contacted the North Plainfield store on 01/30/2013 and they refunded the money and it was supposed to be on my card in 3 - 5 business days. It's not 02/19/2013, 13 business days later and still my card has not been credited. I have sent two emails to Eric Maurer to let him know that I still have not received my credit and I have heard nothing.
SERIOUSLY! I really just want to stop people from falling for this gimmick of a warranty! It's BS What's more my couches are falling apart 2 years later! You get what you pay for people pay the extra! I can't get them fixed and I am so utterly annoyed it's not even funny!
BOB's Discount Furniture should be named BOB's Ripoff furniture!
