I can't express enough how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with this company and it's so called furniture. I recommend it that you stay away as far as possible from this company, dont think you are getting a great deal, in the long run you will pay double for their piece of junk furniture.

 I purchased a leather sofa from Bob's at the end of 2012. When I received the sofa, it was great I loved it. I will say within 2 months the stiching started to come off, I was surprised but since it was less than a year and I albought the goof proof, I said well let me give them a call so they can fix it. They came to try to repair it. Horrible job! The job the technician did on it, looked like my 2 year old tried to do it. I told him I was not happy so he called someone and told them i was not satisfied. Ok, they said they will take it back and i will get store credit, fine i thought let me just select a different one seeing how I dont want to run into the same problem again. This time I picked a sofa that cost more but it was an electric recliner, very nice and comfortable. Got it delivered, everything was fine, until i went to recline it and it was not working. I check the cord made sure it was plugged in, it was. Yet nothing. Again, I checked and it looked like the cord was tangled, I went to go fix it and i got shoked! At the moment some sparks came out of the cord and then it smelled like burnt plastic. The recliner did not work after this. 

 I called bobs customer service number and reported what had happened, they said must have been a faulty wiring, we will replace it at no charge. (Really no charge, they shouldn't even had mentioned that in the first place) Fine they replaced the sofa, everything worked fine no more issues finally I can enjoy it. Yeah right! A few months later the sofa starts pealing. Really a leather pealing? How can leather peal after only a few months. I called goof proof to do a claim. 

 And of course why wasn't I suprised to hear that this is not covered under the goof proof plan. That's a complete rip off, to pay for something and all they cover is cleaning. I am so disappointed and frustrated. My sofa is an embarrassment to even have guest over to sit on it. 3 replacements in less than 3 years. And all because their furniture is supposedly high quality. I will definitely spread the word about this company. Now i have a $1,000 recliner sofa good for nothing. 

 Please anyone out there reading this STAY AWAY FROM BOBS FURNITURE!! IS NOT WORTH IT PAY A LITTLE EXTRA GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!  AND DONT FALL FOR THE GOOF PROOF, IT ONLY COVERS CLEANING.
