Stay away from this site they will ploy you into thinking you are doing well and send an upgrade of the game and you will lose every dime. Rude customer service. They need to be investigated by the gaming commission

Alicia, first of all I don't work for Bodog. I have had an account with them since last year. You don't mention what you were playing, slots, craps, blackjack, video poker, etc., or their poker room. In the gambling world I notice a lot of crying when people lose. I hope you know the odds on every game and understand the casino has an advantage on EVERY GAME EXCEPT REGULAR POKER! An upgrade does not change the odds on any game unless they change the rules or payout schedule. Bodog has no reason to cheat anyone because the games have a built-in advantage in their favor over the long run. THEY CANT LOSE! In the poker room they just take out a percentage of every hand played or a small fee for every tournament played. Again, THEY CANT LOSE! I keep accurate records of my gambling and Bodog is no different than Vegas casinos. In fact they have better odds than Vegas on certain casino games. You probably won, kept playing and thought you could win more, then they did an upgrade (like all online casino's do) and the odds caught up with you and you lost your money back and want to blame it on Bodog's upgrade because it's easier to do that than blame it on your own poor judgement on when to quit. The final thing that proves to me you don't know what you are talking about is your complaint about Bodog's customer service. Not only do they have the best customer service of any online casino, they have the best out of any company in the whole United States! They always answer by the second ring, they always speak English, they always transfer you to the correct department, and they always solve any question or problem you may have. I'm sure the only problem they can't solve is a sore loser who probably wants their money back. You will probably be better off to just go to the regular casinos and lose your money there and claim they cheated you by turning on a "special switch" that makes your machine take away all your money.
