Body Solutions I lost 15lbs. in 90 days is a ripoff
Body Solutions says, " take 1 oz. of Body Solutions with 8 oz. of water, 3 hours after your last meal, go to bed on an empty stamouch [spelling ?] and you will lose weight. That's what I did, religously for 90 days, and I didn't lose a single pound. Of course there is no money back gaurantee."

I have been using body solutions for approx. 3 weeks now and have seen a change. I have lost weight and have noticed a drastic change in the size of my stomach. It is getting it's form back. Like the weight-loss formula says, weight loss varies from person to person. You definately have to be patient and at the same time change your eating habits and follow the directions exactly. Drink plenty of water, as with any weight loss formula or plan. DO NOT SKIP. Those are the main factors.

I personally know a lot of people who take Body Solutions and they have lost alot of weight. If you read the website its says, wieght loss varies for diffrent people. Not everyone gets the same results. I have also personally seen this happend with diffrent people. This product works, just be patient with it.
