BodyFitPro ripped me off for 99.61 and didn't send the product. Internet

Bodyfitpro ripped me off for 99.61. I authorized a 4.97 one time charge for a trial at the end of May 2007, then on June 5, 2007 I was charge 99.61. Even though I called and cancel.
On my first call, I was told that a whole shipment was lost and that the product would be reshipped. At that time I again told them I didn't want the product. Just credit back my account.
Then I was told, I had to wait for the reshipment of the product, write cancel on the box and ship back. And I will be refunded. That would be hard since it's now September 2007 and I still haven't received any product.
On the second call, I was told that my account will be credit in 14 days. The 14 days never came.
I called twice today, September 27, 2007. The first agent was very rude and told me that he can give me a tracking number for the product. I told me that I didn't want a tracking number because they are the one's that sent the product it was their responsiblity to locate the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said" a supervisor isn't available to take my call and hung up.
On the second call I asked for a supervisor and the person said that they was the supervisor and told me that they don't have a refund policy. I also told him I never received the product and I want a credit back to my account.
He said that I wasn't getting credit but he will send the product again. Even after I told him again that I DO NOT want the product.
