The BBB and the Washington State Attorney General have a pending complaint and investigation. The seller on the Bonanza website refused as of this date to provide tracking infomation for the product I paid for. The Bonanza website would not return my ph. calls and the question from my Attorney was ignored. Bonanza is hiding behind the third party defense. Bonanza block my posts and that of my Attorney. I called then out for unethical business practices and wrote and nasty email regarding their inability to gave anything close to customer service. The response from Bonanza was to block me and or suspend my account. My first and last buy was the worst customer service on the net from my prospective. Needless to say I will never buy on this website again. Bonanza's competition have humans you can talk to like ebay, amazon and ioffer but not Bonanza. They hide behind their keyboards and refuse to take responsibility for their lack of help. When you have a problem on ebay or paypay for example they will help you by calling or emailing a seller for a resolution to a problem. Bonanza just hides and turns their back on the customer.
