Boniface Hiers Mazda - Kia Of Melbourne Certified used car rip off Melbourne, Florida
I purchased a Mazda CERTIFIED used car. A few weeks after the purchase when I took the vehicle to have the tires balanced, I found out that 1 wheel was damaged. When I called Karl Jansons, the Internet Manager who sold me the car, to report this situation, he suggested that it may have happened AFTER I purchased the car and that the dealership shared no responsibility. I purchased a reconditioned wheel but the car still did not ride well. A few weeks later, I had a tire dealer balance the tires, again, and found out that a 2nd wheel was damaged. I called the dealership and spoke with Scott Rhodes, who claimed to be a manager. He was not only sarcastic, but also suggested that it might have been bent AFTER I purchased the vehicle. Apparently, this is a standard response from this dealership.
