I'm sorry you weren't satisfied, but confused as to why you didn't just request a refund through Clickbank, the payment processor through which you paid for the book. Unless things have changed since I sold that website over a year ago, the receipt you received from Clickbank when you purchased the ebook should have explained how to request a refund -- through them. There was no need to try to track down me or Carla. (By the way, I didn't receive any message from you either via email or Facebook; and it wouldn't have done you any good if you HAD contacted me -- as already mentioned, I am no longer the owner of that site or the seller of that ebook and could not have helped you with your refund request.) Even if you'd succeeding in reaching Carla, she would've had to submit the refund request through Clickbank; so it's must faster to just deal directly with Clickbank -- as the receipt says. Check your email for the receipt you received when you made the purchase -- it's very simple to request a refund if you follow the instructions. Because it's a digital product, there is nothing to "return." Good luck with your job interview!
