Bonnie Pinson - Bonnie & Clydes Cafe ripoff Monahans Texas
Helped Bonnie Pinson open her new cafe by purchasing property for her to set it up, then paid by using my credit, electric deposits, water deposits, and other items to keep her running the cafe, such as refrigirators, stove, etc.
Took her to small claims court to pay me back, judge told she must pay the %991.92; and apparently she was still having problems paying, I told her she can pay me $35/month til paid off. She paid me $70 on Aug.8,2006 for July & August payment; but since then she has failed to pay me any thing else, and told other folks in town she will never pay the rest. Also, during the time was selling the property to another person by lease to own, she went to 2 different attorney's in trying to say I told her she could have the place for free. All I wish is to be paid back for what she owes me, and for all the time wasted in trying to get this settled. Am tired of being taken by people like this,and she has done this to other business folks in town as well.
I went with her before went to trying to help her; and other members of town's folks told me she has told them in secret that she only is using me to get what she wants. And then mad at me for selling property out from under her, she has filed that molested her young daughter back in Nov. 20,2005; of which I have photographic proof of where I was and was doing on that date. Which was no where near her or even in town on that day; but at doctor's office in Odessa,TX. And found it was same date that met with attorney to sign the lease on property to friend of mine.
