Bookit.com Internet search prices are very misleading internet nationwide

Tried to use bookit.com to plan a travel package to San Diego with my wife and our three kids. At the top of their website you can choose either hotel, flight, car, etc. I chose hotel/flight/car. Using the following drop down menues I then input our departure and return dates. It also asks for number of travelers, so I put 5, 2 adults and 3 kids. I entered my kids ages and then searched. Several hotel packages came up and I selected one that showed a price of $1097. It also says 'per adult, kids stay free'. There are also two references to a '7-night package, INCLUDES flights'. Here's where it gets fishy and gimmicky.....It says 'Call center special only!, must call for details'. After calling the "Call Center" i find out they aren't including the price for my three kids to fly. They also aren't including the price of the rental car. Yet on the quoted price is clearly says Includes flights. Why would i have to choose the hotel/flight/car tab, input the ages of all fliers, input the driver's age, yet when the quoted price shows up, none of the costs for my children to fly or the rental car, are included in the price?
Definitely a gimmick and misleading website/company. I'm sure I'll never use these guys as a travel website and if i can, no one I know will use them either.
