BOOKIT.COM BOOKIT.com RIPPED OFF my money: Promised but never delivered $50 Gas Card Panama City Beach Florida
I booked a vacation to FL using BOOKIT.COM;
The hotel was okay, but BOOKIT.com wont send me the 50$ GAS CARD PROMISED In email confirmation.
Repeated called them, no use. Always "we're processing the request".
basically, want to me forget it, BIG time RIPOFF!!! stay away from them, Keep ur money SAFE!!

Redemption Instructions After completing your booking, your gift card order will be processed and sent via First Class USPS mail to the Guest Information address used during your booking. You should receive your prepaid card within 3-4 weeks of completing your booking. However, if your travel dates fall within one month of your booking date, we suggest not planning on using your gift card during your vacation. Of course, your American Express Gift Card may be used upon returning from your trip and is valid for 6 full months from the time of receipt. Should you need to cancel, and you do so prior to BookIt.com sending out your FREE Gift Card, BookIt.com will stop processing of the FREE Gift Card. If your FREE Gift Card has been shipped, you may keep the card, and the face value of the card will be charged to your credit card. (As an example, if you cancel your vacation and you have already received $50 in Gift Cards, we will simply charge your credit card $50 in addition to the standard processing fee.)
