The Boston Energy Advisors company is a FRAUD.  Do not get fooled by its fast talking, high pressured sales reps.  They are NOT part of the MASS SAVE Energy Program.  You can call National Grid or NSTAR or go to the MASS SAVE website and look for this company.  There are no rebates.  They are a HUGE FRAUD scamming homeowners.  DO not have them perform the audit.  This is simply a contractor misrepresenting the facts and his involvement.  I repeat, they are NOT in the MASS SAVE Program.  DO no get scammed by Boston Energy Advisors

NSTAR'S TAWFIK- Ripoff Report

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, August 09, 2013

Behind every Ripoff Report article there is a motive, and the site protects the anon ominous author, making it difficult to identify the guilty party. The motive is usually a disgruntled customer, employee, or competitor. My company is proud to say we have zero unhappy customers or employees. The person behind this article is Monica I T of Somerville, Ma. Who identified herself as an NSTAR employee to Somerville Police (I have filed a Defamation Sequence of Events with the Somerville Police Department on behalf of my company): The Defamation Sequence of events:

Telephone number: 781 879 XXXX called my company at 4:40pm on 4/23/2013. Woman caller identified herself as Monica, a homeowner from Somerville inquiring if my company was a NSTAR, National Grid, or a Mass Save affiliate. I answered no. She repeated the question, and my response was the same no. I then ask her what her energy issues were and was she requesting an audit for her home. She abruptly hung up the phone. (48 seconds).

4/24/2013 at 10am I received an E-Mail from Mary Higgins informing me of the negative Ripoff Report article. (She is an image repair specialist that monitors this web-site)

4/24/2013 at 1:10pm, I received a call from Somerville Police Officer stating he was following up on a threat complaint from my company, lodged by a woman that lived in Somerville who identified herself as an NSTAR employee. I assured him that it was a false claim. I showed him my phone call log, confirming she had reported a false claim. In addition I showed him as copy of the slanderous article. He said, I understand. Making a false threat complaint to a police officer should be a misdemeanor or felony.

A Private Detective later identified the telephone number 781 879 XXXX is owned and paid for by National Grid and the listed user of that phone is Monica Tawfik. Monica I T’s address and telephone number is available along with the Police Officers contact info and badge numbers for verification. I’m not a Lawyer but filing or making false claims with the Police Department in regard to false threats should be illegal if not criminal. Apparently, this is what NSTAR pays Ms. Tawfik to do, dismantle, destroy, and muddy up competitors by make false threat reports to Law Enforcement Officials. (Documented at Somerville Police Department)

My company is proud to say we have zero unhappy customers or employees as of this writing.
