Boudoir Public Relations, owned by Sally-Anne Stevens, is a ripoff in every sense of the word in PR. I own product in the beauty industry that I have invented and am about to get the full rights to a patent for it in 3 months time. As I am setting up my website and deals to launch this new and exciting product I thought I would seek a young PR company to do the press launch for it. I went to see Sally 2 months ago, she owns this PR firm and she seemed enthusiastic and professional, asking me to pay 5,000 a month for a contract of 6 months minimum. I agreed. She said I would need to start the contract immediately as it would take a few months for them to start working on the project, ready to ''press the green button'' when I would be ready. I thought that sounded reasonable. I asked for a proposal and she said not to worry she would send it after I paid the deposit. As I'm new to this game, I agreed, foolishly. I have paid 5,000 as deposit for a ''expenses'' retainer, the first months fee and yet no proposal. I have called 6 times at least and spoken to her direct and she said the proposal is on its way..this has now been almost 6 months. To this date there has been no evidence or emails of work they have done and no plan. The monthly retainer is being taken out of my account by direct debit and when I called the bank to cancel it they said they cant without this company cancelling it. When I emailed Sally that I want a refund and a cancellation, she emailed me back saying I had signed a contract and that she would take me to court! She then said she was too busy and dealing with her main client Lipsey! She said she would now send me proposal if I agreed to pay 10,000 a month like her big clients!!!!
I am devastated...I have spoken to other PR companies and all of them have said that no agency is supposed to take money without a proposal sent to the client and that the agency MUST tell the client what they are doing at all times.....

We at BPR have no knowledge of a William Matters and this story clearly reads as an absurd fabrication but for anyone reading it who may be concerned; there is not one word of truth. In addition anyone can cancel a direct debit so none of this makes any sense. Our reputation is excellent and our delivery of service is thorough, always ensuring return on investment. Our team are hard working, diligent and go above and beyond to deliver the very best service to our clients. We have clients who have been with us 10 years due to our delivery plus our clients offer solid positive testimonials to anyone interested in our services. This report has now been handed to our legal team to file a full arbitration for removal.
