Boundless Tresses Growth Specifics Rip Off Report/Order Never Received Internet

I found out about Boundless Tresses hair growth serum through the advertisement of the owner, Caisha Frierson, on a hair forum. I placed an order for $64.35 and mailed the money order on April 29, 2011. When the order had not been received by May 24, 2011, I tried to contact her first through the hair forum, and realized she was no longer accepting messages.
I then emailed her at the address from her Growth Specifics website, by clicking the "contact us" button. I got no reply from my email. When the order had not been received by June 6, 2011, I again sent an email through the "contact" button on her website. I got no reply. There is not a telephone number listed on her website.
I contacted the United States Postal Service and processed a claim for $8 to determine if the money order had been cashed. The report came back that it had been cashed on June 22, 2011 and I received a copy of the money order with her signature, Caisha Frierson, on the bottom. All attempts to contact her have been futile.
A few people from the hair forum who know her personally tried to contact her on Facebook page and she deleted them as "friends" and made her page private. This indicates she has no intention of mailing the product nor issuing a response. Others after me came forward and said they also never received their orders. Her website is still open for orders today.
