 I  got into  contract to buy a property with Boveda Asset Management. They are suppose to be an investment company that buy a property on my behalf then transfer the deed to my name after I am done paying them or refinance with a Bank. Unfortunately they took my money and did not keep the end of the deal from their end. First it took them over two weeks to cancel the wire transfer for the payment then they canceled without notice. 
They also tried to have me buy a property which is two times more then I qualify for and they wanted to make me believe that they were doing me a favor. Since they are not buying the house. I need to find a way to get my money back and I want to get refunded everything I paid for regarding inspections and appraisal. 
 
 
 
 
I currently got into  contract to buy a property with Boveda Asset Management.  First time I suspected they were scam, he called me multiple time. he then explained if I canceled there will be a lawsuit. They are suppose to be an investment company that buy a property on my behalf then transfer the deed to my name after I am done paying them or refinance with a Bank. Unfortunately they took my money and did not keep the end of the deal from their end. First it took them over two weeks to cancel the wire transfer for the payment to the seller.  then they canceled without notice blaming it on the the seller not giving them an amendment requesting for more time. 
They also tried to have me buy a property which is two times more then I qualify for and they wanted to make me believe that they were doing me a favor. Since they are not buying the house. I need to find a way to get my money back and I want to get refunded everything I paid for regarding inspections and appraisal. Both numbers Ken used to call me from, apparently the first one was from cingular and this one from Metro PCS. They have been lying to me throughout the process. 
 
They even told me that there was a waiting period for them to cash my check for a week or two. I just talked to my bank, the checks that I deposited was cashed the same day.

Here we are over a year later and I still have not received my money back, now I have to drag them to court in order for them to pay. They registered their business after they took my money. I am not really sure if Ken Witherspoon thought he could scare me by telling me that the FBI has to look into my name and social security this is not a small matter. I promise Ken Witherspoon that I would do whatever it takes to get my money back and to put the words out there. 

I will see you guys in court. 

As promised I will not stop until I get my money back and you all behind bards where you belong.

We are expecting some sort of response from the authorities on next week. If everything is ok, we can then provide a refund of what is due. If we do not hear from the authorities they should be contacting you. In any event we are looking to have this resolved on next week or the week after at the latest.

That was over a year ago, these dumba**** are refusing to refund me my money, I have no choice but to take them to court and hopefully the legal system will give me justice and throw their a**** in jail where they belong.

 

 Last I heard I was getting my money back pretty soon. I do not suggest anybody deal with them

If someone actually listen to what you are or read your stuff they will actually believe your load of crap.

 

First of all all the documents you requested was submitted when I first sign a contract. Second my lawyer does not do litigation, we tried without success to settle and get our money back with no success. Third I am filing a lawsuit agains you, 

YOU ARE A FRAUD

 

Below are what I received from my lawyer adviising me to find a lawyer that does litigation to go after you. Every single phone calls, every single demands you either dont answer or you pretend you either did not receive or never happened.

I spoke with Mr. Witherspoon today and was able to finally get a complete picture of past events. Mr. Witherspoon claimed that while they retained certain sums paid by you as non-refundable application and service fees, they are not in possession of any earnest money deposits. At this point, there is nothing further that I can do for you in regards to your dispute with Boveda Asset Management. We made a demand for refund of sums paid to Boveda, while in the alternative remaining open to proceeding with a closing, but our demand has fallen on deaf ears. At this point, I would advise you to simply “walk away” from Boveda. Many people that get involved in these types of situations come out in far worse shape. Further, based on my conversation with Mr. Witherspoon, I believe that he may be hesitant to proceed with a closing on his end based on you all’s history. I’ve enjoyed working for you, and while we did not recover 100% of sums paid by you to Boveda, I am confident that I represented your interests to the best of my ability. I have attached a Letter of Disengagement and Release to conclude my firm’s representation of your interests. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I’m afraid not. I would strongly advise you to seek other means for purchasing a home. Based on their shady business practices and the way that they treated you and your wife, I would not do business with these people. There are other ways to buy a home and when a deal sounds too good to be true, it often is. Thank you for your cooperation and prompt attention during the course of this matter. Mike Bourdeau aka Mikey applied to the company to purchase a home and lease it back to him for five years. The first property Mr. Bourdeau requested that we purchase he wanted to pay full price for the property but we had problems with his request because of the following reasons. 1. the property value was less than the asking price 2. the property was owned by a company which was not in good standing with the state.

The second property which Mr. Bourdeau selected was accepted and everything was going well until Mr. Bourdeau claimed the seller of the property was not going to extend his contract to allow closing. 

The statement which Mr. Bourdeau made saying that we tried to sell him a property at twice the value is a bold face lie. We were going to allow him to rent a property, which was large and better, for the same terms as the property he selected because, according to Mr. Bourdeau, the seller of his selected property was not being cooperative. 

During the same time we requested documents which are required by the US Patriot Act along with other federal mandates. Which Mr. Bourdeau refused to provide and claimed the needed documents would be provided by his Attorney.

We spoke with Mr. Bourdeau's Attorney, and his Attorney did not have the necessary documents nor did he see any wrong doing on our part and dropped Mr. Bourdeau as a client. 

We have filed necessary dopcuments with the Federal Authorities against Mr. Bourdeau as required by law.
