box office tickets sales, select tickets They sold me tickets to the wrong venue city place time. They told me I could not get a refund or could not cancel that they would get me equivalent tickets at the right venue . I was not told that my tickets were not over priced when they were I was over charged and taxed and even though it was their mistake they would not refund me the difference of 60.00 as that is their policy not to. It seems it is their policy to make mistakes at the customers expense with no consequence to them in fact they profit from their mistakes. vernon British Columbia
I bought tickets to a concert on the phone the tickets were over priced by 20.00 i was told there were fees etc. But when I got my confirmation the tickets were that price plus fees taxes so 39.00 seats ended up being 85.00 each and they were for the wrong concert wrong day at wrong place.
I was told they would rectify when I told them the seats they gave me were not the equivilant I was told I would be called about it but to take the two choices I had that were not as good as what I had.
Their mistake and Im paying 3times the going price for ticket as I checked out today. two months later.
The rep told me they stagger tickets for months and prices fluctuate by the minute. now I really feel ripped off they deiibrately buy up early tickets and then charge more for the same cheap tickets later when closer to the dates so you cant buy cheaper tickets they make mistakes with your tickets stall on time and then give you crappy tickets selling your original tickets for more.
There no refund policy and cancellation policy assures them of the most money for all their tickets and you have no choice but to put up with it.
This is the worst business practices I have seen in a long time.
