It was my belief that the only state in which Boyajian was licensed to practice was California. You can go to the CA state attorney general's website and file a complaint against Jack the Rat there. I remember seeing someone had posted his CA license # here before, so referencing that would also be a good idea. Has any news come out regarding the lawsuits from the CT and NY attorney generals?

Marie, Just provide all of the documentation you can on his unethical collections practices to the BAR ASSOCIATION. In the process of their investigation, they will attempt to verify his license to practice law. When they find out he has none, I'm sure criminal charges will follow.
