First of all, its a little hard to get treatment somewhere when you didnt live there. He has committed some violations already the first one, is failure to validate debt when requested to do so; he also is making frivilous threats over the phone with no signed summons anywhere I am sure (check your local courthouse on this one) those two combines comes to 2000.00. If you already sent a letter stating you dispute this debt and he did not verify debt then its time to send him my all time favorite Intent To Sue letter. Since you are going to seek legal counsel of your own your attorney may be of assistance. Just make sure the attorney is well versed on consumer law. Also, if you have not done so already send a cease and desist letter with limited communication (written only) they hate getting those but this idiot has made it clear that he does not plan on settling this issue in a pleasant manner so now its time to get lawsuit happy. What an idiot.
