Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I recived a call from Boyajian "law" offices, the person I spoke with stated that I owed a medical bill from 2002 in the county I now live. I stated that I had never been in the hospital in 2002 and that I in fact did not even live here in 2002! The man I was speaking with got very upset and proceded to argue with me, he gave me the last 4 of my ss#! (How in the world he had this info is beyond me!) he then hung up on me. I recived another call from him a week later and to my suprise he was asking for money AGAIN! I said no, I want a signed document by my self that I did indeed recieve medical treatment, he said "send us a letter" I did. Today he called me again demanding the money and if I didn't pay this debt that I would be "prosicuted". He said "no a signature is not going to happen". I am now going to seek my own legal advice. Do NOT send these ppl money! They are a scam!

First of all, its a little hard to get treatment somewhere when you didnt live there. He has committed some violations already the first one, is failure to validate debt when requested to do so; he also is making frivilous threats over the phone with no signed summons anywhere I am sure (check your local courthouse on this one) those two combines comes to 2000.00. If you already sent a letter stating you dispute this debt and he did not verify debt then its time to send him my all time favorite Intent To Sue letter. Since you are going to seek legal counsel of your own your attorney may be of assistance. Just make sure the attorney is well versed on consumer law. Also, if you have not done so already send a cease and desist letter with limited communication (written only) they hate getting those but this idiot has made it clear that he does not plan on settling this issue in a pleasant manner so now its time to get lawsuit happy. What an idiot.
