 Wrong about Braden. take back all my good sayings. Have to question why so many negative and derogaratory

comments have been made. Onus is on Braden to clear his name, which does not appear to be happening.

Please take notice that Braden Chase ("Plaintiff") has initiated an action in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, due to allegedly false statements made by author(s) of the rebuttals made in Ripoff Reports #1161410, #1164798, and #1169564.  In the Action, Plaintiff seeks to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for your identifying contact information to be sent to Braden Chase at: [email protected].  Plaintiff has served a subpeona on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.  You may have a right to file and serve a response to the subpeona anonymously.  If you intend to file and serve a response, please do so, or notify us of your intent to do so, on or before October 1, 2019, Braden Chase, Esq. via email at: [email protected].  

To the author(s) of these rebuttals, please note that the author of the original Ripoff Reports was successfully identified and sued for defamation in BC Supreme Court.  Further, the author admitted prior to the trial that he created the fake aliases and the contents of each report was false and defamatory.  A court order has been issued to have these reports removed from the internet.  Anyone repeating the false claims in the reports verbally or in writing is guilty of the same offences as the author who originally posted them.

Its interesting how I search your name Braden and many posts come up on your behaviour. I remember you as a very vindictive person who would go out of their way to scam someone. You have an MBA with no work experience, ther eis a reason for this. Maybe its time for some self reflection.
