BRADFORD EXCHANGE CHECKS not delivered as advertised niles, Illinois
My wife and I ordered checks from an advertisment, after three weeks we checked on order and found the post office returned our order to shipper. We contacted customer service and received no reply. We finally called them and we were told all checks returned are destroyed.
No attempt was made to refund our money or reship our order. Only after verbal complaints and notification that a report would be filed with IL consumer protection, were we offered reshippment of our order and were told we would receive a credit for the shipping charge after they rebilled us and then credit the cost of shipping, plus we get constant e-mails offering other products
They said it would be up to two more weeks to get checks. Would not advise doing business with this company.
