In November of 2014, my sister placed an order for the "SPIRT OF WILDERNESS" leather jacket for my christmas gift.  When she placed the order, they were not in stock at that time. She was told by customer service that when she receives her first statement for the order, to send in a payment for the amount due of which she did do so.   They told her that she would receive a confirmation on delivery date and when it should ship out from there headquarters.     Well, they never contacted her at all.  On 12/18/2014 she called customer service to inquire about this order. 

FIRST, they couldn't locate her check that she sent to them for the order - they had her name and address and the order for the jacket, but not her check. SECOND - She then found out from customer service that these jackets were delayed by the company making them.  THEY WERE NEVER IN STOCK.   YET, she was told by customer service, once her check was received, a christmas delivery date was promised to her.    THIS is indeed the worst customer service that she has ever received from them.    To have something online and in there catlog advertised for people to place an order and then find out about them not even being in stock for a christmas delivery is totally uncalled for and ROTTEN BUSINESS PRACTICE on there part.    ORDER WAS CANCELED to say the least.    OUR ADVISE - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

In response to the original complaint against this company, they said that they couldn't locate my sisters check for the leather jacket that she ordered in early November of 2014 called the "SPIRIT OF THE WILDERNESS"   She called customer service in 12/18/2014 and was on the phone with customer service well over 35 mintues to try to get this resloved by them.  I received a phone call from her on 12/24/2014 and she received her bank statement the day before and it showed that the BRADFORD EXCHANGE DID INDEED RECEIVE HER CHECK AND CASHED AND POSTED IT ON 12/19/2014.    this was the first payment that was requested by them for this jacket and a GUARANTEE to have and hold this jacket for her and it would also be delivered before christmas.    NEEDLESS to say,  this didn't take place at all as the jacket was NEVER IN STOCK and delayed by the company making them.     My sister is due an APOLOGY from this company and IF and WHEN this jacket is in stock for delivery,  she should receive a DISCOUNT on the jacket and also FREE SHIPPING for all of the trouble that she had to go through with customer service.    INDEED VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THERE PART.
