Bragada Mattress Hurts Not Helps Low Back Pain Internet
The Bragada mattress I bought 6 months ago was great at first, but lately I've been having trouble sleeping on it. I bought it because it was advertised as one of the very best for low back pain (which I have from a car accident).
Lately, however, it's actually made my low back pain worse, not better, because the mattress sags in the middle. I'm 6 ft, 190 lbs, so my weight isn't the problem. And since I bought the Bragada, hotel or friends' mattresses haven't worsened my back pain or made sleep difficult. The problem is that over time--about 5 months for me--the mattress sags or "hammocks" in the middle.
This is a common complaint from Bragada owners. I researched Bragada on-line before I bought, but unfortunately found only positive reviews. Today, however, I've read many negative reviews.
Bragada's lifetime warranty requires the customer to pay the cost of shipping the mattress back to Bragada and only mentions a "warranty replacement," not a refund, if Bragada deems the warranty claim valid.
Looks like I made a $1,300 mistake. Don't make the same mistake and buy a Bragada if you're looking for a mattress to alleviate low back pain. Buyer beware!
