I wrote him regarding a faulty mattress cover on my Madison. The cover has torn in 4 places near the seams on the bottom at welting. I did all the requests, sent pictures, lifted that heavy sucker myself to do it. Was told tht the cover is not covered for lifetime warranty. In fact only for 1 year. The Better Business Bureau was no help either, citing the warranty. Well I wrote Mr Simmons months ago because the tares are expanding. I am citing poor workmanship and faulty manufacturing as stated in their waranty.
MR. SIMMONS IS A JOKE! DON'T EXPECT ANY SATISFACTION. THE MATTRESS ALSO SAGS BUT I AM OK WITH SLEEPING ON IT AFTER 4 YEARS. IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE COMPANY DO MORE RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM BRAGADA, THERE ARE BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE.
