In November of 2007 We contacted Bragada Mattresses to inquire about ordering a mattress. We had spent a lot of time checking out there Web site and after reading there company policy, we felt that they were a reliable firm.

Our inquireies were reguarding information about firmness of the verious models. We were looking for a very firm, and there web site wizard was not much help, giving us several alternatives in each catagory. After speaking with there sleep expert, and making it very clear that we were looking for a firm mattress we were told that the mattress she suggested to us was so firm that it dident require side rails as some of there other models do.

Based of the assurances of there saleswoman we purchased the set and recived it 2 1/2 weeks later. As it was being set up my wife commented that it dident feel all that firm. Within the first week we were calling the co. about the wrong mattress being shiped. The first person we talked to was very nice but no help, She told us that the company would not take the mattress back ,and that "thats the risk you take when you buy something over the internet".

Things got much worse with the next person, a customer service supervisor that was amazingly rude and told my wife that we should get used to the mattress because they won't take it back. After a month of trying to "get used to it" We were no longer able to use the set, I actualy needed to go to a chiropractor for manipulation after the first week of trying to sleep on it.

We have made over 30 calls, only 4 were returned, sent out 7 letters, Have filed complaints with the B.B.B., consumer protection, the finance co. that they use, and the Atny:Generals office. There responce to all was that" we don't have a warranty issue, we have a comfort issue". None of these agencies have been of any help. Beware of this company,

The reason that no one will do anything for you, is that you selected the mattress you got, without trying it first. There is not a warranty issue. What you selected, is the issue. I am in the bedding business, and I am asked to select mattresses for my customers quite often, and I can't do that. Everyone has their own sense of feel, and no one, can tell some one else, how it will feel to them. Even tho I have a mattress website, I will not sell a mattress to someone, until they try it, and make an informed decision, based on their own sense of feel. Sense of feel, is like the sense of taste. What feels firm to one person, feels soft to another. A mattress is too important, to let someone else pick it out for you.
