Bragada Mattresses ripoff, false advertising, warranty and product Poughkeepsie New York
Bragada Mattress Co is a complete Rip-Off. Falsely advertising the Memory Foam Deluxe Mattress that clearly states, Bragada has the absolute best quality, you can be assured that no matter what style of Bragada mattress you choose you are guaranteed the very best quality, Never Sags, No Need to flip or rotate, orthopedic support.
The Lifetime Warranty and the warranty department also are big rip-offs. It took over 5 weeks for the inspector to inspect my one year old sagging mattress and said, this is normal wear and will not be replaced or repaired. Not only did I pay for the mattress to be shipped to Bragada but they tell me I have to pay for the return freight or they will just destroy it.
We are retired and searched for a good mattress that would have a lifetime warranty (20 years) in hopes this would be our last to buy. We were fooled. I sent e-mails to the President of Bragada and attached pictures over 10 days ago, he will not respond or reply. This is very poor customer service and management.
Lesson learned: If you are not offered a 30 day free trial period with your mattress, please, do not buy it!! I was fooled by this company and paying dearly for it.
