Brainasoft Braina Software have bugs, does not work as described and they refused to process my refund request Gujarat Gujarat
I purchased a speech revognition software that transcribe voice into text. I found on this link https://www.brainasoft.com/braina/ and when I asked them if they offer money back guarantee if the software didn't work for me and they confirmed that they have 7 days money back guarantee as per the link below https://www.brainasoft.com/braina/refund-policy.html
I sent then a refund request sent and I still didn't get any reply from their side? As per their refund policy: The program was not the best fit for my requirements because it does not work as described and I attempted to resolve issues with their support staff and they didn't solve the major bug the software have as mentioned in my refund request email.
It wasted a lot of my time and the software didn't do the transcription as expected.
When I asked for a refund, they ignored my requests.
