Brandon DiBernardo has represented himself as a "new technology" pioneer,but he is nothing but a new age con man. This site, as well as others , are replete with reports of Brandon's exploits at the expense of other people's money,He utilized the the investment money in his firm and loans to the company, incorporated as NYLA Interactive as a shell to support his activities in Las Vegas as a gay entrepreneur and party boy with a lifestyle beyond his means.
He maintained to his shareholders that he had developed a code that compressed software in such a way that Apple, Inc was interested in it an he continued this belief through many very carefully crafted frauds , even using a jpeg of the deceased Steven Jobs signature to convince his shareholders of the validity of his "code'.
Brandon DiBernardo is a fraud and a liar, but , although he has taken advantage of many people,he is particularly most alarming to the gay community as he seems to prey there as his most susceptible victims.
Please be aware of this individual, and if you come in contact with him, please call your local office if the FBI,, thank you

Honestly, there's some good in this website. Some of the information is true and should be reported to the public. However, some isn't and is just out there to make people look bad.
My statement above certainly applies to me as well. Some things are true, some things aren't. This is one of the few reports I actually care to comment on, since this one is taking it way too far (for example, that I'm homosexual - wait, let me be more specific... I'm "a gay entrepreneur and party boy", so watch out - and, of course, I'm wanted by the FBI at the time of this report... I mean, come on...)
Were you drunk when you wrote this? It certainly reads like it. I wouldn't respond, or react in the same likeness as you by spreading information about you around the Internet, if your report was actually straight on as far as the subject at hand (what matters is the alleged fraud, not my sexual orientation).
Barring any extraordinary circumstances, this will be my final comment on this website... so, everyone, make sure you treasure it!
