First Vending Breathalyzer sells breathalyzers to bars across the United States. Julius Zanoni stated the following about his company, "Our business model is that our company installs them into the bars and customers purchase them after. It takes the risk and the work of them having to grow and fund locations. And we are the only company that does this that way."
Leads for First Vending Breathalyzer are obtained through interest expressed by bars. The addition of a breathalyzer aids interested bars in liability and creates a fun atmosphere for customers. Mr. Zanoni went on to express the sales process for their product, "there is an application process we don’t partner with anyone. They apply for a certain amount of machines in an area. They are small around a couple thousand-dollar packages. We book all the appointments and we fly to their market and meet them and show them the machines and they meet the installer, so they are comfortable and then the installers will install the machines. And then a second meeting will be all the training and go over the route. And then the customers would at that point pay and we give them over their routes."

Mr. Zanoni was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. Zanoni described a situation where they had installed the breathalyzer successfully but the client changed their mind about its location. In order to remedy this First Vending Breathalyzer went above and beyond to assist their client in moving the breathalyzer. While this is not a typical situation First Vending Breathalyzer always wants to ensure client satisfaction.
When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. Zanoni expressed that the reports on Ripoff Report are false and have no correlation with First Vending Breathalyzer.
