I bought Optomizer Pro because the video showed, and told, it was a one click operation. It is anything but. It requires knowledge of Wordpress, installation and a lot of steps not mentioned in the video.

I have two websites and it will not work on either. This man stole $37.00 from me and will not refund my money for his useless product. When I contacted him all I got were arguments as to why he would not refund my purchase price.

I see by all the complaints registed against him that he should not be on the Internet ripping people off. Vzoo should have some standards about people like this.

I paid for this through Paypal and there is no refunds on web software. Never buy anything from this crook.

I emailed me Rutecky asking that I get the information I paid for and he responded immediately sending me that information in the email. I was, apparently, dealing with some affiliate and not Mr. Rutecky. I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Notification PRO is a web based software that uses log in with Facebook. When you approved those permissions and logged into the system you had access at that point. I tried several times to explain that to you but for some reason you could not understand that.

Instead you kept emailing me, 7 or 8 times a day. When I told you that doing this only pushes you back to the end of the que in my support desk system and would make it harder to give you fast support you responded with profanity.

So I said that because you where being rude I would prefer to just refund you and cancel your account. Which I did. How exactly did you get ripped off when you where given a refund? Im not sure I understand that one.
