**PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH BRETZ RV in MISSOULA, MT**
Do not sign any contracts without your attorney present. Their contracts are one-sided contracts (meaning they do not protect the consumer, but rather the merchant) on a 3-page carbon. You never get the opportunity to review the backside, until after you have signed. Once they pull apart the three part carbon, you realize there is a back side, outlining your rights to rescind the contract. They are not formulated to protect the consumer.
Consumers, I URGE YOU TO DO YOUR RESEARCH! DO NOT forfeit your trade in/and or deposit by making the same mistake that I did. Please protect others by sharing my review.

We have come to a mutually agreeable settlement of our dispute with Bretz RV & Marine. The settlement did not involve our receipt of funds or products from Bretz. Bretz affirmatively states that it did not use “bait & switch tactics in Dissatisfied Bretz RV Customer interactions with Bretz and affirmatively states that Bretz did not use any other illegal or questionable tactics. We hereby withdraw our previous allegations relating to Bretz. In hindsight, our issues arose from a misunderstanding.”
