brian duffy gold coast capital advisors brian duffy and gold coast capital advisors are a big scam elmhurst, Illinois
we gave brian duffy of gold coast capital advisors of huntington ny $2200 of a $2500 due diligence fee for the re-fi of our business property. he gave me in writing that the money would be refunded if the loan was not funded within 45 days of the loi letter. we were reffered to him by a karen isaac a commercial loan broker. brian was in touch with us every day until the money was wired. my bank made a mistake by sending only $2200 instead of the required $2500 duffy said he needed to get the loan done. he bugged me for a bout a week regarding the other $300 and then i became leery because i didn't see why $300 would hold up the loan application. then he stopped returning my emails phone calls etc. it has been past the 45 days that he agrred to refund my money. obviously he's a scam and i should have known better but he's quite the fast talker on the phone with tons of promises. i can't believe i am the only one he's done this to. i intend to file a complaint with the new york attorney general's office and am going to put an ad in the new york times and new york post to expose this crook for what he really is. i will not rest till i get my money back or see this bum prosecuted. john elmhurst il
