Brides Of Venice ripoff Venice Florida
The bridal party I am with were all promised free alterations if we purchased them that night BY THE OWNER herself and were promised that are dresses would be ready to take home by the 1st of the month which was already 6 days before the wedding. Well, when the party arrived for alterations the OWNER DENIED ever saying the alterations were free and then the seamstress quoted us the 6th for dress pick up (the day before the ceremony) when we were promised the 1st. The OWNER lied to our faces just to make a sale and was completely unprofessional about the situation. After the situation I talked to a few other people that purchases bridal gowns/bridesmaid dresses there who told me that they also experienced trouble. Brides of Venice is liar and screwing over their customers!!

The report was posted while the previous owner ws in controll. I feel bad your experience was such that you have expressed. I have years of experience in the bridal industry. We take pride in our positive feed back since my ownership in Feb. 2007. You should not hesitate alowing us to serve your needs in the future. Susan Grieger Owner
