BRIGHT POWERSPORTS Ripoff I was also a victim of these scammers, con artist, lying, cheats Lincoln Park Michigan
I was also a victim of these lying scum bags! i called in to buy a bike, and i needed a co-signer, so i got my dad to help me, and when our payment came, the bike was only in my dad's name, not mine at all. I recorded the salesman tell me that in 9 months he could add me to the loan. And i played the recording to the person from the bank (household retail/yamaha), and she said no way would i ever be a part of the bike loan. The lady from the bank sent me a form to fill out for fraud, and i signed it and sent it back. So the dealership and the salesman committed fraud. When i called in to talk to a manager, i got passed around like a basketball. I ended up talking to someone named JJ, and he told me to "F" off, and that i was being a little B*tch!! I than asked to speak to the owner of the company, and everytime that i called he was "out of town" or "on lunch", or "not in the building". I drove up from Ohio and tried to resolve the issue with the manager, and got nowhere. The more research that i did, i found out that Bright powersports, along with 4 other dealerships from Michigan, are being sued right now in my state for fraud.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY WILL SCAM YOU TOO! If you have also been a victim, write a letter to your attorney general, this isn't right what they are doing to people.

Shawns story does not check out does he lives in toledo ohio or is it auburn hills mich? Bright Powersports is owned only by a cool older guy in his 60's, Scotty z may have been only there that day picking up a dealer traded unit. Bright has tons of repeat customers. Our records indicate in 2005 there was 13 Shawns that had applied for credit (financing) and none were from toledo or auburn hills? kinda of wierd I think this so called Shawn is maybee from another dealer....end of story.....
