I notified Brilliant Directories that I was being mistakenly charged and no longer used the service.  They responded by email that they couldn't issue a credit but that they would stop the billing going forward.  Specifically, Director of Client Services, Rick MC emailed me to confirm I wouldn't be billed any longer.  I acknowledged receipt of his email confirming I wouldn't be billed again. On the Brilliant Directories website the Director of Client Services' full name is Rick Martinez.  Notwithstanding that they have no right to bill my card and notwithstanding that they confirmed in writing I wouldn't be billed again, they went ahead and continued to bill me each month since then. 

You know, it's bad enough to take people's money without their approval, but to cause them inconvenience and waste their time, a depreciating and irreplaceable asset is unforgiveable.  Be very careful dealing with these scumbags.  Further, I'm an attorney.  If they're doing this to me, they're undoubtedly doing it to others.  If anyone reading this wants to talk lets see how many people have been similarly taken advantage of by Brilliant Directories, they may not care about one customer's complaints, but they'll care when we act collectively so that others don't have to go through this.  Oh, and I disputed the charge with the bank and cancelled the card now scumbags, so you cant charge it anymore.  Thanks for wasting my time having to deal with that too.
