Brinkmann Arron Brickstaff; Customer service representative The Brinkmann corporation handled my claim of; My grill catching fire, they asked to send them information. I have E-mailed, called,.. I have been shut out.. They don't care about any of us........ Merrimack, New Hampshire
I purchased a Brinkmann Gas Grill in April of 2011, I used it for the second time in June 2011, for the last time. I had lit the grill to pre heat it, 5 minutes later the whole outside of the grill had caught fire. I ran inside to get the kitchens fire extinuisher, then out to the grill to extinguish the flames.. " The Fire had caught the underside of the grill to catch fire, the inside was untouched.
I had reported this issue to the Home Depot, then to the customer service of Brinkmann.. The customer service rep from Brinkmann had asked I get him the Model# and Serial#, I had done so..
Three weeks went buy, I called back the customer service line at Brinkmann, since I had'nt had a return phone call? They could'nt help me.. I had to await a call from Arron Brickstaff..,,, Still waiting??
I had sent Arron Brickstaff numerous emails, No response, No response No response, No response, No response, No response, No response, No response,, I will never buy a Brinkmann everagain!! I would like to file a class action suite..
