Brockton Lending Trust Linda Bryant Senior Loan Officer: Brocktontrust.com No loan after deposit Anaheim California
I was approved for a loan with Brockton Lending Trust I needed a co-signer or a prepayment of 4 months. The co-signer did not work out, so I went with the prepayment arrangement. I Western Unioned the money as directed , and was told that it would post to my bank account in less than 2 hours, after waiting most of the day, I was finally contacted and was told that the agreement has been changed and I need to wire an additional 3 more months of prepayment, before they would approve and wire my funds. I did not have any other additional money, to do this, and then thought I was being scammed. So I asked for my deposit back, and was informed that it could take up to 30 days to get credited back into my account. Now I’m out 795.00 plus the 50 to wire the money, all the overdraft fees and penalties from the companies that I was trying to pay, because I was ASSURED, that the transaction was going to happen. I am now in a worse situation than I was in before. They prey and take advantage of people who are already down and desperate to fix their situation with false promises and kick them down even further. It’s not right, had I known this from the beginning I would have never done it, now I don’t know what I’m going to do.
