is working under the table and doing everything to avoid his responsibility. This arrears has been accumulating for over thirteen years. Our daughter is now eighteen and When she was still a minor, I asked CSS to please file a contempt of court motion, they never did. Now they say it cannot be done ,so I want a state hearing to get justice.
