Brothers Brothers Product They do not honor waranty All over Internet
Purchased a Brothers Label Maker PT-H100 hand held. Purchased it on 6/29/2014 from Staples. After using it twice it stopped working. This was on July 25th. Took it back to stables and had already purchased a new, online from Tiger direct the Brothers PT-2030 that does not require batteries. Anyhow Staples has a 14 day return policy. ( another company I will not set foot in there stores) 14 days d**n Best Buy gives you 90, Wal Mart gives you 30. Anyhow called Brothers Customer, they will only replace or repair the machine becasue I did not buy it from them. WHAT RIP OFF. There machine they sold and recived money from staples and yet will not honor the warranty. Forget them and Forget Staples
