Where to begin? I will keep it short for now, and include all the little details when I have posted this all over the web.
My company entered into a purchase and sale agreement of an aircraft, N813MK A Gulfstream GIII business jet owned by an entity owned by Kent Browning - yes, the same Kent Browning that owns all the car dealerships in Cerritos, called Hidacane Air, LLC. It was used to ferry around Kent Brownings dead wife, Katy or Kathleen or Kathryn or whatever.. She's dead now, brain cancer or something - so he was emotionally attached to the plane. He then decided he didn't like the idea of anyone else flying it, saying I was 'soiling the last memories of travels with his family' etc. Then you should not have sold me the aircraft!
I paid them a downpayment for the aircraft, via wire transfer. They then decided at the last minute to made me pay for the fuel that was remaining in the tanks from their last flight as well as pro rated property taxes for the year.
It gets better, they didn't release the plane to me for almost two weeks later! The scum bag charter owner Ray R Quinto of Cinco Air Charter, LLC decided to make me pay thousands of dollars in cleaning fees before he would 'release' the plane to me. This guy is a class act, I have seen his crappy operation and would sooner fly Southwest

The agreement called for the first payment to be made 30 days from delivery, which would have been Nov 3rd. However, when they realized they could part the airplane out and make almost three times what they sold it to me for, they stole it from me inthe dark of night citing 'material breach of contract'. There was no breach, and I was not given any formal notice of any supposed breach. The first payment wasn't even due yet!
They hired some people to grab it and stash it at Cinco Air Charter LLC in Ontario, CA.
Anyone reading this should know that the people involved in this transaction have refused to refund my downpayment, the taxes, etc. They tried to offer me $2,500 - are you kidding me?
One of the parties involved is Roger A. Browning, Attorney at Law. He is the devious SOB who decided to pull this stunt. He is with a sleazy looking law firm in Beverly Hills called Glassman, Browning, Saltsman & Jacobs, Inc at 360 North Bedford Drive Suite 204 Beverly Hills CA 90210

He lives someone in the Malibu/Palisades/Malibu Canyon area and apparently has a collection of Covertte's that is like none other. I hear that if they made two different models of the same car (fuel injected vs carb, for instance) that this p**** has all of them!
One would have to wonder if he managed to accumulate this wealth by treating his customers the way he has treated me?
I would not buy a car from someone who operates this way. What if you have a problem? Is this the sort of guy you want to deal with? Not me. Buyer Beware!

When I saw and read this report, I felt compelled to respond. It is my understanding this piece was penned by a con man by the name of Robert Carlson who is now facing a very long prison sentence for, according to the law, he was caught trafficking heroin, cocaine and meth in a private Hawker 800 jet. So it seems like Carlson will get his just deserts. Simply google Robert Carlson drugs and the truth will set you free. Robert hides behind this rip off report and if you notice he speaks of himself and of 'his company" in generalities, however speaks of Mr. Kent Browning and his associates in great detail adding email addresses and personal details.
The worst offense is how he speaks of Mr. Kent Browning and his deceased wife. Kent’s wife Kathryn was a loving, sweet and polite person. I met her a few times while she was struggling with a horrible illness we wish on no one. Mrs. Browning fought bravely until the end. For this scum of the earth Carlson to write such derogatory, inflammatory, libelous and flat out false statements shows what a true low life scum this person is. The truth is that people from Cinco were involved with the proposed sale to this scum bag Robert Carlson, who took advantage of Kent at an extremely difficult point in his life after his wife passed on.
He was planning to sell the aircraft and thought he did when this Robert Carlson charlatan came along and carefully tried to "CON" Kent Browning out of his Gulfstream, N813MK. I take credit for the one who spotted it and reported it right away to the rightful owners as scum bag Carlson tried to slither about moving from location to location. It is also my understanding, when Scum bag Carlson made a fictitious purchase it was made with the pretense that he had it sold already to another buyer, thus putting the aircraft into a legal limbo so that Mr. Browning and Company could not reclaim it after scumbag Carlson never made a penny of a payment towards the aircraft. Charlatans pull this same scam on unsuspecting real restate property owners.
After awhile Mr. Browning and his legal team grew tired of the game and then went through great legal strides to legally reclaim the aircraft and sell it. This story or yarn invented by Scumbag Carlson that Mr. Browning took it back due to the emotions he had over his wife was pure fiction and rather insulting. Mr. Browning could have easily kept the aircraft and I personally remember dozens of times personally being told that when Kent’s wife passes away, Kent was going to sell the aircraft.
The only reason he actually held on to the aircraft and bought it in the first place was to help transport his ailing wife to and from hospitals and therapy in the hopes he could help his wife in some way live longer and in some hopeful way relieve her of the physical pain she was experiencing. In this respect Mr. Kent Browning was a saint for the great lengths he went through to help his wife Kathryn. What this scum Robert Carlson writes is pure lies and fabrication and downright satanic fiction, written in a manner to only inflame and infuriate the reader.
It is hoped now that Carlson is apprehended for trafficking dangerous drugs; he will get his just deserts and rot in prison for the rest of his natural life. May he get blessed with a few ‘rim jobs’ in his future. Personally, I am saddened that Mr. Browning and his associates even had to read such alarming drivel.
